Chrome://accessibility crashes chrome when clicking 'html' when tree is open

Chrome: 72.0.3616.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64)
NVDA: 2018.3.2

Steps to repro:
# With NVDA on, Visit http://chrome-accessibility.appspot.com/static/html5controls.html
# Open chrome://accessibility in a new tab in the same window
# Click 'show accessibility tree' for the html5 controls page

Expected: Tree updates and button toggles to false

Actual: Chrome crashes
