Undescribed Settings Metrics

There are Settings metrics that do not have matching descriptions in the histograms.xml file.

So far I have found:
Settings.JsonDataWriteCount.Network_Persistent_State

There may be others.

If they are not used, please remove them.  If they are, please add descriptions for them in the histograms.xml file.
