dlc.eclass adds a prefix to DLC IDs

The DLC eclass includes an unused prefix when creating DLCs that prevents imageloader from finding them on install.

dlc.eclass: Remove prefix in install location

Remove unneeded prefix in install location preventing imageloader from
finding DLCs on install.

BUG= chromium:907143 
TEST=Build a DLC and see that it ends up in the right place.
