If a consistent crash happens immediately post-login, we are unable to retrieve the crash logs as they are stored within the user's cryptohome and don't have a chance to be uploaded prior to the crash itself happening again.

We should develop a method for retrieving crash logs that happen within a certain time period (1 min?) immediately following login.

Possible idea:
During the period immediately following login, write crash logs to stateful. After the period is over or the user signs out, upload any logs in stateful, then delete them.
