OS : Mac(10.13.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.2)


Pre-condition:
Set three flags under chrome://flags.
1.Force UI direction.
2.Enable RTL.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and click on star bookmark icon present in omni-box to bookmark NTP.
2. Bookmark NTP, under folder 'other bookmarks'.
3. Now Using mouse drag bookmarked item under' other bookmark' option  present in bookmark bar and observe.

Actual Result    : Distance between 'Bookmark name' and dragging arrow is more while dragging bookmark in omni-box.
Expected Result  : Appropriate distance should be seen between  'Bookmark name' and dragging arrow while dragging bookmark in omni-box.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and providing bisect info below:
Good Build:67.0.3390.0(Revision:548637) 
Bad Build:67.0.3393.0(Revision:549377)

You are probably looking for a change made after 548805 (known good), but no later than 548806 (first known bad).
