Can't "trash" a file on sd card in Crostini

Reported by rmcneil...@gmail.com, Nov 20

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11264.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3609.3 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11264.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel coral

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open PCManFM (Linux app)
2. open context menu on file
3. select "move to trash"

What is the expected behavior?
Normally the file would be moved to the trash. In the event "trash" is not available or is not an appropriate option, normally a window will pop up asking if you want to permanently delete the file or cancel the operation.

What went wrong?
I get an error that the program was unable to find or create a trash directory.
see attached screenshot of the error.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 72.0.3609.3 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 11264.0.0
Flash Version: 31.0.0.148

This may already be in the works since usb support just got turned on.
Thanks!

I forgot to add the screenshot of the error. Here it is,

Another data point on this. This is probably already known to you, but just in case:
Using the same linux program, PCManFM, I can "move" a file from the sd card to another location. The program is able to delete the files and folders from the sd card after recreating them on the target.

Similarly, if I <shift> and use "remove" from the context menu, the file will be deleted.

It would appear that the only issue when trying to "trash" is the creation of the trash folder itself.

Both my G2 (fizz) and my 500e (coral) finally were able to update. They are now on 72.0.3626.8.
At first I thought that "trash" was working, but now I think I must not have been accessing my sd card when I tested it. That or something just broke as I can no longer get to the sd card at all.

I can no longer "share with linux" a folder.

I now have two crostini related flags - before I had three. I now have "Crostini Usb Support" and "Experimental Crostini" [screenshot attached]

Have I forgotten something? Has the mount point changed?

I see that crostini sharing has been turned off and deferred to M73.

I haven't got around to investigating this issue yet. You can turn on sharing with 'Crostini Files' at chrome://flags
That flag is no longer available.
I'll get onto that.
Will this come back at the next iteration of M72, or will it be available sooner by updating a component?
Thanks for all your work on this!
