Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Html page attached below. 2. Use tab key to get focus on elements 3. Tool tip is not accessible using keyboard where as its accessible with mouse on hover. What is the expected behavior? All the Non-text content present in the page must be provided with a tooltip for the keyboard specific users What went wrong? Tooltip is not provided to the Non-text content in the chart and in drill down popup Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.6, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome stable version #70.0.3538.110 and latest canary #72.0.3616.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

Feature request, but works same as in other browsers. I'd mark this as WONTFIX, but it's arguably a good idea. However, I think if the reporter wants to see this happen, they should probably file an issue on the HTML spec itself.
