Auto-cap not working for physical keyboard

Auto-capitalisation doesn't work for the physical keyboard, even after enabling it in Settings.

Tested with US-English-QWERTY and Switzerland-French-QWERTZ layouts, but it's believed to be the case wherever there's auto-capitalisation option in Settings.
