Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 72.0.3610.2 using Mac 10.14 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://pushalert.co/demo 2) Clicked 'Allow' on show notification pop-up 3) Clicked on send notification, able to notification pop-up, able to close and again generate a new notification pop-up. @Reporter: Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue. If possible could you please provide the Test file/URL that reproduces the issue which help in further triaging it in better way. Thanks!

As per comment# 4, it isn't possible for reporter to provide sample Test file/URL. Without Test file/URL TE team cannot proceed with triaging the issue. Hence requesting someone from the Blink>WindowDialog team help in providing further inputs on this issue. Thanks!
