Issue description

WebglConformance_conformance2_rendering_blitframebuffer_test is failing sometimes on Linux Nvidia FYI Release.

I'm pretty sure that the right fix is to remove the suppression you added in #3, and change this from Fail to Skip:

This is duplicate with issue 830046. And I tested it on both Linux Intel device and Linux NV device. The test blitframebuffer-size-overflow.html can pass on Linux Intel device, but fail on Linux NV device. And the test itself follows the spec. So it seems to be a NV driver issue. So I think it's better to be fixed by NV guys at that bug 830046 and close this bug as "duplicate".

@kbr, if you think we need to do something special and change the behavior for WebGL (like limit the max blit size in WebGL), I can file another bug and do this.
