UI glitch on the Captions control of a CNN Video after exiting the full screen mode - Zako

Chrome Version: 11151.38.0 / 71.0.3578.61 - Zako Device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to www.cnn.com
(2) Start playing a video
(3) Take the video to full screen
(4) Open the CC button in the player to open the captions
(5) Exit the Full screen mode when captions dialog is opened
(6) Verify the captions dialog in the regualr mode after exiting the full screen mode.

What is the expected result?
Captions dialog should render correctly in the same size 

What happens instead?
UI glitch is seen on the Captions control after exiting the full screen mode.

Assigning to becca, feel free to bounce to whoever. On first glance it may seem to be an a11y issue, but it looks more like an issue with the overflow menu. I'm not sure who we got covering that.
