What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://pokedex.org
(2) Open the three dot menu and click Install Pokedex.org
(3) Open Dev Tools, type `window.location.href = "https://mixed.badssl.com/"` and press Enter.

What is the expected result?
The image in https://mixed.badssl.com/ should be loaded.

What happens instead?
The image, which is served over http, is blocked.
