What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable docked magnifier in accessibility settings
(2) Go to Assistant and search for an app, such as "Text"

What is the expected result?
-App and icon will display 

What happens instead?
-App and icon do not display.  Only the text entered displays as a web search.
