Incorrectly scaled images on Canary

Project Member Reported by mar...@mwiacek.com, Nov 19

Issue description

Device name:s7

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:72.0.3615.0
Operating system:8

URLs (if applicable):digitec.ch

Steps to reproduce:
(1)open url
(2)search "Google pixel"
(3)scroll down

Expected result:
correctly scaled images

Actual result:
strange. On my Canary pictures are incorrect scaled. Cleaning cache didn't help. Not visible on Pixel/Android 9 and not visible on other Chrome version (dev, stable). Not sure, if this is one phone problem or not.

I also tested on Android, with Chrome Canary 72.0.3616.0, and I am unable to reproduce this issue.

I followed the same repro steps, and got "normal" looking images, exactly like the provided Screenshot_20181119-182308_Chrome.jpg image.

marcin@, please provide any additional info, as requested in C#2 above, thanks.
interesting - I went to chrome://flags, reset all flags to default and it helped.

Nothing was related to rendering.
