String "empty" inside empty bookmarks folder duplicates on hover

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. Have at least two folders in bookmark bar
1. Open any bookmark folder and leave it open, so you can hover over other folders 
2. Hover over empty bookmark folder
3. Hover over other bookmark folder
4. Hover on the empty folder again

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
"(empty)" string in empty folder duplicates each time you hover over the empty folder from another folder
