When running the unit tests in gcp_gls_output_unittest.cc on a Windows 7 machine, the machines hang indefinetely waiting for output from the GLS process. It seems the handle inheritance code does not work the same way on Windows 7 as Windows 10. We need to figure out a solution to this problem and fix it.
