Assistant with Docked Magnifier Enabled |

Issue description
Chrome Version: 71.0.3578.21 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version: Google_Eve.9584.174.0
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Docked Magnifier in Accessibility settings
(2) Navigate to Assistant using keyboard shortcuts
(3) Start typing in search bar ("Where can I get gluten free pizza?")
(4) View output in docked magnifier view
What is the expected result?
-See what is typed in docked magnifier screen (ex, "Where can I get gluten free pizza")
-Can see more suggestions by navigating through with down key arrow
What happens instead?
-See next suggestions in docked magnifier screen (ex, "Where can I get gluten free pizza near me"
-Can see a cutoff version of the suggested next options when navigating through with down key arrows

isn't this ARC assistant? We should make sure native assistant works well.

In the native assistant, tabbing using the keyboard takes you to, the "like", "dislike" buttons, textfield, the mic, settings, minimize, and close buttons. It never takes you to the results. The docked magnifier follows these tabs successfully.
