Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Navigated to https://jannnis.de.cool/SIA_HTML/steuerung4in1.html 2. Moved slide controllers simultaneously and observed slowness in movement Chrome versions tested: 69.0.3497.100 , 70.0.3538.110 ,72.0.3616.0 OS: Android 9.0.0 Android Devices: Pixel 2 XL Good Build - 61.0.3163.0 Bad Build - 62.0.3164.0 Observing all good builds while performing per-revision bisect, altered the range and even now observing all good builds. Hence providing manual CL CR: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/61.0.3163.0..62.0.3164.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Could someone from Blink>Canvas please help in assigning to appropriate owner. Thanks!
