Thanks, Zach.  For background, the "that explains to users that fingerprints stay on the device and are never sent to the cloud or synced" bit is just one piece of content on the Fingerprint HC article.  Generally, it seems like a good idea to link to this HC article from the Settings page where you set it up.  Specifically, Privacy has requested this so that users have relatively easy access to a page that explains (among other things) that their fingerprint data will never leave the device.  The Fingerprint Unlock feature is not a privacy risk for this reason; we just want to be sure that users *know* that it's not a privacy risk (if they're curious).  See Issue 877456 for Privacy review.  While I wouldn't quite label this as a "launch blocker", please do try to get this into M-73.  Thanks!
