Icons intermittently render large

OS: Chrome OS 11265.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect Pixelbook to an external monitor.
(2) Create two windows.
(3) Use one window for a while.

What is the expected result?
Site favicons, extension icons and window controls should be rendered at the right size.

What happens instead?
While I was paying attention to the other window the site favicons, extension icons and window controls in the other window started to be rendered very large. Mousing over them tended to fix it. Screenshot attached.

I've been running into a number of graphics-related glitches on this version of Chrome OS. Site content also tends to randomly disappear. It may be limited to when I am connected to an external monitor.

That's... a large CC list.  Let's try to get some of the toolbar/top chrome/DPI people on in place of some other views folks.
