Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Example URL: gmail Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Gmail and Hangout timeout 2. Works on firefox 3. What is the expected behavior? Webpages to load properly What went wrong? Updated Chrome to the Version 70.0.3538.102 and this problem started since then Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue here. Could this be due to the need for a proxy setting, which is set in other browsers but somehow got unset in Chrome? Moving this to networking as this is unlikely to be an issue caused by Blink.

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.102 using Windows 7 and Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to https://www.google.com/gmail/ 3. Logged In to Gmail Everything seemed to work fine without any issue. @Reporter: Could you please check the same in a new profile without any apps & extensions and let us know if the issue still persists.
