LayoutNG: Code snippet in typescript.org is broken

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.102
OS: MacOS 10.14.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable chrome://flags/#enable-layout-ng
(2) Navigate to https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/react-&-webpack.html
(3) Scroll up/down

What is the expected result?
Code snippet is shown correctly.

What happens instead?
Code snippet is broken. See attached screenshots.

You should really be using the dev channel when testing LayoutNG, since this feature is still under development.
I cannot reproduce this issue in Linux 72.0.3610.2 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) with LayoutNG enabled.
Can you test again with something newer and see if the problem is still there? Thank you.
