getUserMedia does not render on the browser - just shows a blank screen

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to this link https://simpl.info/getusermedia/ or https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/resolution/ 2. Allow the camera to be used 3. Just shows a black screen (with error: NotReadable Error), or a blank screen on the second link What is the expected behavior? To see the front facing camera output What went wrong? I just does not render or show any frames from the phone camera. Did this work before? Yes 69 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.80 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: I have tested on Android Chrome (latest stable version), on Chrome Beta and on Chrome Canary (unstable). Its working on Firefox (latest version on Android) The phone i am testing on is a Huawei P10 (VTR-L29)

Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce the issue Steps to reproduce: -------------------------- 1. Launched chrome and navigated to https://simpl.info/getusermedia/ and https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/resolution/ 2. Allowed camera access 3. Able to view video from front cam. Chrome version: 70.0.3538.80 [latest stable] , 71.0.3578.55 [beta] , 72.0.3615.0 [canary] OS: Android 6.0 Android device: Huawei Honor 5X Requesting MTV team for further help in troaging on any of Huawei P devices. Thanks!
