What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "İnternet Şubesi" > "Bireysel Giriş" on the page
2. Type in a username and password in the pop-up

What is the expected result?
The key icon appears in the top-right part of Chrome and allows to save the typed password.

What happens instead of that?
No key icon.

This happens both with --disable-features=new-password-form-parsing,new-password-form-parsing-for-saving and with --ensable-features=new-password-form-parsing,new-password-form-parsing-for-saving.
It also happens both when the hardware keyboard and when the virtual keyboard are used to type the password.
