No "inspect" button in Application>ServiceWorker

Project Member Reported by shimazu@chromium.org, Nov 19

Issue description

Chrome Version: 72.0.3615.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit) (9c8138f7b054c41bcb62d7e68805b739c873dd77)

OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a page controlled by a service worker
(2) Open DevTools
(3) See Applications > Service Workers

What is the expected result?
"inspect" button shows up next to Source or Status

What happens instead?
No inspect button.

I remember that there was the button previously. Was it removed intentionally or is this a bug?

Feel free to close this issue if it's known issue or intentional.
Personally I sometimes use "inspect" button to see Network panel for a service worker.
Yea, I've recently seen folks going to the older chrome://serviceworker-internals page specifically for this feature.

Service worker is already being inspected by the devtools you are looking at.
