This reproduces on M71 and tip of tree.
Steps:
1. visit https://www.pokedex.org in a tab
2. 3-dot menu, Install Pokedex.org. Close the Pokedex.org window
3. Open the App List and note that Pokedex.org now appears in the top recents bar and has a separate App List entry (possibly on a deeper page).
4. Long-press/right click on the Pokdedex.org app list entry, select Remove from Chrome. Confirm the removal
5. Open https://www.pokedex.org in a new tab
6. 3-dot menu, Install Pokedex.org.
7. Open the App List. Note that Pokedex.org appears in the recents bar, *but does not and a separate App List entry*. Searching for Pokedex.org returns a search result that you can access the context menu on, but otherwise there is no App List entry for the second and subsequent installations after the initial uninstallation.
newcomer@, is this something you've seen before? I noticed because I happen to be uninstalling and installing the same app a lot for testing purposes.
