Windows disappear in explorer

Reported by term...@gmail.com, Nov 18

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
N/A

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It has happened a few times that I will bring a Windows 7 computer out of hibernate and unlock and I will see some flicker and then some Chrome windows have disappeared and are missing from the thumbnails. To be clear I don't just mean the thumbnail pictures don't show I mean the actual window representations are gone from explorer and in effect some chrome windows are hidden.

Like when I clicked on the Chrome icon this afternoon I could see 3 windows even though I actually had 10 windows open. Those windows have not been closed by Chrome. In Task Manager I can see a task for each chrome window and if I click on 'switch to' that works and then the window appears in the thumbnails.

This is extremely rare. I don't know what causes it, and I don't know if it's an explorer bug or a chrome bug. It has only happened with chrome. I have lots of other things open.

Did this work before? N/A
