Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Linux Elementry OS Juno
2. Install Chromium
3. Install chromevox (without chrome)

What is the expected behavior?
Voices should be there
Keyboard shortcuts should work

What went wrong?
A lot.
Wasnt able to toggle active using the toggle shortcut
No voice

Did this work before? No
