(1) I haven't found a pattern to the pattern to the crashes. They have occurred while using the browser and the Scribe and Caret text editors as well as when the Chromebook is idle. What is the expected result? Chromebook should not crash several times a day What happens instead? Crashes always starts with a UI freeze for about 30 seconds, Then the screen turns black with only a white mouse pointer. Moving the mouse moves the pointer but the mouse buttons and keyboard don't do anything and pressing the power button doesn't shit down the machine. (3) After about 5 minutes on the black screen, the Chromebook reboots. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. |
