chrome crash and went snap

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. the chrome page went snap
2.

What is the expected behavior?
to work and not crash

What went wrong?
the page snap when I came back on

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes today when I logged on 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

maybe make it more where it wont crash as much

Also please provide 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes.
