Black screen is seen after signing in - Snappy

Chrome Version       : 72.0.3609.3
Platform             : 11264.0.0 - Snappy


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) sign into a user  and check the screen



What is the expected result?
No Black screen shouldn't be seen

What happens instead?
After a few seconds later, black screen is seen.  


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Unable to reproduce the issue on 71.11151.35.0/11151.35.0 - Snappy

After signing into the user, flickering the screen once a few seconds later.

Thanks for the video. I still can't reproduce, but it looks very similar to an issue that's already fixed after 72.0.3611.0. Do you mind updating to that version (or higher) to check if it's still happening? Thanks!

I'm still seeing the issue on 72.0.3612.0/11282.0.0(dev_channel) snappy.

zalcorn@, could you help to triage this? This doesn't look like a login screen or wallpaper issue. (Might be related to graphics?)
