Thanks for helping but I'm afraid this test wasn't flaky; looking at the logs, the problem was that duplicate suppressions for canvas-teximage-after-multiple-drawimages.html landed on top of each other in  Issue 905682 , breaking basically all WebGL conformance runs for a short period of time. The bot seems to have recovered so I'm reverting the suppression above.

This reverts commit 9f06914789890adfe0219e92251cb80ed942dcfc.

Reason for revert: failures were actually caused by colliding text expectations in  Issue 905682
