A11Y: FR- User wants to use only Search key to dictate instead of "Search + D"

User uses Search + D to dictate for dictation .
He wants to use only Search key to dictate i.e pressing only search key

Workaround: Told user to enable sticky key that is pressing Search key twice and then he can just use D to dictate

User still requests for the above feature.
