Regression: [Print Preview] Preview page is seen chopped from RHS

Chrome Version: 72.0.3612.0 (Official Build) Revision 15e37528e073fa06eb4609e293cadd2afee1021e-refs/branch-heads/3612@{#1} (32/64-bit)

OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open above PDF URL.
(2) Press 'Ctrl+P' to open Print Preview.
(3) Select any Printer in 'Destination'.
(4) Observe the Preview page.

Actual Result: [Print Preview] Preview page is seen chopped from RHS.

Expected Result: Preview page should be seen properly without any chopping.

This is a Regression issue seen from 'M-71' and providing the bisect info below:
Good build: 71.0.3551.0 (Revision: 590851)
Bad build : 71.0.3552.2 (Revision: 591210)

Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result:

You are probably looking for a change made after 591108 (known good), but no later than 591109 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Please verify that all settings in the preview are the same in both of these cases.

I tested on Canary and Stable, and in both cases observed the same behavior:
- With fit to page not checked the preview looks like the "Actual" preview result.
- With fit to page checked it looks like the "Expected" result.

If the difference is due to a difference in print settings, this is working as intended. If it is happening with the same settings in both cases, I cannot reproduce; please provide more detailed steps.

Closing this as WontFix since it seems to be the intended behavior. Please re-open if you are observing different previews with all print settings set to identical values, with additional details on how to reproduce the issue.
