Pre-condition:Sign in chrome with valid credentials
Test URL:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/evernote-web-clipper/pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and Sign in chrome.
2. Log in in Evernote ,navigate to chrome://settings and Turn off sign in chrome.
3. Now Open Sign in chrome page and Click on 'Evernote' select 'Bookmark' and observe.

Actual Result   :'Sign in google account' text  is seen chopped in Evernote clip window.
Expected Result : 'Sign in google account' text  should not be seen chopped in Evernote clip window.

This is a regression issue broken in M-72 and below is the bisect information:
Good Build : 72.0.3588.0 (Revision : 601410)
Bad Build :  72.0.3589.0 (Revision : 601810)

You are probably looking for a change made after 601539 (known good), but no later than 601540 (first known bad).
