Issue descriptionChrome Version: 72.0.3609.3/11264.0.0 dev-channel Kip,Reks and Daisy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)1.Sign in to user ->take any screenshot ->Open Files app ->now press 'Tab' button until focus is on Screenshot (2)Now again press 'Tab' and observe focus will be on 'My files' option but unable to recognize tab focus on it (Please refer Video) Expected: Should be able to recognize tab focus on 'My files' option Actual: Instead Unable to recognize tab focus on 'My files' option This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-69
