What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and press 'Ctrl + P' keys to open print preview
2. Click on 'More settings' and then go to scale field
3. Now right click on scale field and select 'inspect' to open devtools window and press 'Delete' or 'Back space' key when scale element is inspected,observe
 
Actual: Scale field disappears on pressing 'Delete' or 'Back space' key when it is inspected
Expected: Scale field shouldn't disappear on pressing 'Delete' or 'Back space' key when it is inspected

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-61 series from build # 61.0.3113.0

Note : This issue is also reproducible on M-71 Beta (build # 71.0.3578.53), M-72 Dev (build # 72.0.3610.2) and M-72 Canary (build # 72.0.3612.0)
