Adding telemetry_Benchmarks for Mash

Issue description

Add one more control files for "cros_ui_smoothness" "memory.desktop" "rendering.desktop" tests w/ in crosbolt_perf_nightly suite.

Add argument "--extra-browser-args=--enable-features=SingleProcessMash" for these control files
