The pictures of the front and rear camera in the tent mode are upside down.

Platform: 11235.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel octopus test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login in google account with agree "Google play apps and services"
2. Click camera icon to launch camera app (it's android app)
3. Switch device to tent mode
4. Capture the picture

What is the expected behavior?
The picture is not upside down.

What went wrong?
The pictures of the front and rear camera in the tent mode are upside down.

Still can reproduce the issue on 72.0.3611.0

Ths issue is verified pass on R72-11316.35.0 image.
