Transform skew becomes fuzzy with BGPT

The layout test:
virtual/threaded/animations/skew-notsequential-compositor.html

Fails due to a fuzzy boundary around the skewed element when BGPT is enabled.

This is likely a duplicate of  issue 589265 . I don't think this needs to block BGPT.
