The DemoMode.ResourcesRemoval.* metrics are being reported for all devices, not just those that have offline demo mode resources (which none currently do). So we're getting hundreds of thousands of instances of this metric reported each day.

I think it's only worth tracking resource removal reasons and results for devices that actually have the offline resources. We should wait to report these metrics until we've confirmed that the files existed on disk.
