When on maximized window I can't see tabs

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click maximize chrome app window
2. tabs dissapear and I can't get them show

What is the expected behavior?
The tabs should be visible for whitching by clicking 

What went wrong?
Tabs are not showing on maximized chrome app window

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.14.1

Thanks for the report.

Just check "Always Show Toolbar in Full Screen". That will fix it.

The "unchecked" issue is bug 868398.
