Test failed for 1 PPD files: hplip-3.18.3-hp-LJ-Class3.ppd.gz

Last time it passed - 2018-11-09 with R72-11245.0.0

hplip-3.18.3-hp-LJ-Class3 is failing for both 100_digests and all_digest tests.
Same failure reason.

It looks like the digest might need an update.  Can we regenerate?

I have tested it on elm. Every run produces different output for this PPD.
