Notifications onclick does not work anymore

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a a new Notification()
2. Add to it a onclick (with a console.log('clicked')) function as reported here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notification/onclick
3. Click on the notification
4. Check in the Chrome console the "clicked" appears
What is the expected behavior?
"clicked" appears in the console
What went wrong?
The onclick function is fully ignored.
The browser will always open a new tab using as URL only the hostname
Did this work before? Yes
Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102 Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 18.10
