My os is not updated for 1years and above

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by this bug.  Is your iOS version not updated?  Or your Chrome iOS version not updating?  Can you provide more information?

Yes my is version is not updated and some apps is asking a update but no
new features added this update

If you don't get any upgrade notification, your device is probably not supported anymore by Apple. Hence you won't get any OS upgrade.
Chrome for iOS supports for now iOS10 and above, so if your OS is older than this, you will not receive any update for Chrome.
