Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and press 'Ctrl ++' keys to open zoom bubble 2. Now click and hold on '+' icon and press 'Tab' key to move focus in forward direction and observe focus on '+' icon Actual: Grey focus highlight disappears on '+' icon after pressing 'Tab' key to move focus ahead while clicking and holding mouse cursor Expected: Grey focus highlight shouldn't disappear on '+' icon after pressing 'Tab' key to move focus ahead while clicking and holding mouse cursor This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 69’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 69.0.3457.0 (Revision: 566679) Bad build: 69.0.3460.0 (Revision: 567312) You are probably looking for a change made after 566902 (known good), but no later than 566903 (first known bad). Before my change there was both hover + focus highlighting this (you can see that there are two grey effects overlapping eachother). Hover doesn't come back after focus leaves even if the cursor still hovers it.
