Auto-capitalization not work for Finnish

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Finnish keyboard.
2.Check it's settings, "Auto-capitalization" is ticked.
3.Focus after a sentence.


Actual result:
VK does not turn to be upper letter keys.
Type any key, it's still lower letter recorded.

Note:
Tried not repro for other keyboards, e.g. US.
