Deleting wrong password when multiple password stored for same site

Reported by tal.ayal...@gmail.com, Nov 15

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When accessing the saved passwords in Chrome web browser, assuming there are two rows for the same site ( meaning there are two users for the same site). When we wanted to delete one of the rows, the browser deleted the second one (which we didn't want to delete). We presses undo and checked what is the reason. It follows that when we presses the show password clickable, and tried to delete the other row, which contained the other user's password in a hidden state, the browser deleted the row with the visible password.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Wrong password deleted

Did this work before? N/A

This is a bug in the Password Manager, rather than a security bug.

+dvadym@ and jdoerrie@ as password manager OWNERS. Can you triage this?

This sounds similar to https://crbug.com/862119 , meaning this is likely a UI Bug. Could you double check if refreshing the settings page after deleting the password fixes it for you? Don't worry, you can still undo the deletion via CTRL+Z even if the reload did not fix it.

Furthermore, could you double check whether you still see the same issue using the current Stable and Beta versions (70.0.3538.102 and 71.0.3578.53)?
Hello,

I have double checked and refreshing the settings page does not seem to solve the problem.
My current version is 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) on win10.
Do you need any more details?

Thank you for providing more feedback. This is quite odd, as https://crbug.com/862119 is fixed. If it isn't too much trouble, could you provide screenshots or a small video showcasing the exact behaviour you see?
