autotest_server_packages not cached in provision - mqg

2 questions I have about caching during provision:

1. 
Looking into my cached builds, it doesn't seem like autotest_server_package.tar.bz2 gets cached in /mnt/moblab/static/nami-release/R72-11256.0.0

2. 
I can't see to find the .py for server side autotests in /mnt/moblab/static/nami-release/R72-11255.0.0/autotest/server/site_tests/

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
Mystery got solved! autotest_server_packages only gets cached after running *server* side autotests.
