1. Open a debug build
2. Turn on Narrator (Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator)
3. Open the hamburger menu

Hits the NOTREACHED in AssertComInitialized (com_init_util.cc)

Playing around with Narrator and a debug build, there are more DCHECKs at the same line but this is the one I got to happen consistently. It happens in the browser process too, so it's easy to trap in a debugger.

The stack trace isn't particularly useful, it's a bunch of external frames and then DCheckedCoCreateInstance.
